The invention provides a fault isolation method and device for an electric driving system of a distributed driving vehicle. The method comprises the steps that the rotating speed of a motor is collected; obtaining back electromotive force corresponding to the motor rotating speed according to a pre-obtained rotating speed-back electromotive force corresponding relation; comparing the back electromotive force with a bus voltage in a battery management system; judging whether the bus voltage is greater than a back electromotive force preset voltage value or not; if yes, the fault bridge arm is cut off, the branch current of the high-voltage distribution box is collected, and whether the branch current of the high-voltage distribution box is smaller than a preset current value or not is judged; and if the branch current of the high-voltage distribution box is smaller than the preset current value, disconnecting the high-voltage power supply contactor. Contactor adhesion is effectively avoided, a high-low voltage power distribution system, an energy storage unit and a motor controller of the whole vehicle are protected, and the driving capacity of the whole vehicle with faults is improved.

    本发明提供了一种分布式驱动车辆电驱动系统故障隔离方法及装置,该方法包括:采集电机转速;根据预先获取的转速‑反电动势对应关系,得到电机转速对应的反电动势;将所述反电动势与电池管理系统中母线电压进行比较;判断所述母线电压是否大于反电动势预设电压值;若是,则将故障桥臂进行切除,采集高压配电箱支路电流,判断所述高压配电箱支路电流是否小于预设电流值;若所述高压配电箱支路电流小于预设电流值,则断开高压供电接触器。本发明有效避免接触器粘连,实现对整车高低压配电系统、储能单元和电机控制器的保护,提升整车带故行驶能力。
