The invention discloses an automobile power assembly electromagnetic type active suspension device which comprises a shell, a connecting main shaft, a rubber main spring, a main spring seat ring and an internal energy recovery mechanism, the connecting main shaft is fixedly embedded in the center of the rubber main spring, the lower end of the rubber main spring is fixed to the main spring seat ring in a vulcanization mode, and the main spring seat ring is fixedly embedded in the shell. The internal energy recovery mechanism comprises a top fork frame, and the middle of the top fork frame is in butt joint and fixed with the lower end of the connecting main shaft through a connecting assembly; energy recovery motors are installed in four shaft sleeves of the cross shaft sleeve, and the end portions of input shafts of one pair of coaxial energy recovery motors are inserted into the end portions of the corresponding sides of the top fork frame in a limited mode. According to the suspension device, when the connecting main shaft is subjected to complex vibration loads, the vibration loads can be reduced more widely, and the riding comfort of a vehicle can be further improved; the internal energy recovery mechanism is compact in overall structural design, small in overall occupied space and capable of being installed in the shell to be used.

    本发明公开了汽车动力总成电磁式主动悬置装置,包括壳体、连接主轴、橡胶主簧、主簧座圈,橡胶主簧中心嵌装固定有连接主轴,橡胶主簧下端与主簧座圈硫化固定,主簧座圈嵌装固定在壳体内部,还包括内部能量回收机构,内部能量回收机构包括:顶部叉架,顶部叉架的中部通过连接组件与连接主轴下端对接固定;十字轴套,十字轴套的四个轴套中均安装有能量回收马达,其中一对共轴线的能量回收马达的输入轴端部限位插装在顶部叉架对应侧的端部。本发明的悬置装置在连接主轴受到复杂振动载荷时能够减轻的振动载荷相对更宽泛,有利于进一步提高车辆乘坐舒适度;内部能量回收机构的整体结构设计紧凑,整体占用空间小,能够安装在壳体内部进行使用。
