According to the method, the air conditioner can be automatically controlled according to the comfort degree value, the comfort degree of the user is fully considered, the user does not need to actively adjust the air conditioner, and therefore the air conditioner control intelligence and the use experience of the user are improved while the requirement of the user for in-vehicle cold and hot comfort is met.
