The invention provides a nano composite functional material, a preparation method thereof and a functional automobile cockpit, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dispersing nano titanium dioxide, nano zinc oxide and copper oxide powder in a dopamine solution, and then adding a pH buffer solution for reaction to obtain an inorganic composite precipitate; (2) dispersing the inorganic composite precipitate obtained in the step (1) in an organic solvent, and then adding tetraethoxysilane for reaction; and corroding the reaction product through acid steam to obtain a stock solution, and distilling the stock solution to obtain the nano composite functional powder. The prepared nano composite functional material does not need to be excited by ultraviolet light, when the nano composite functional material is used for a cabin assembly, organic matter in air in a cabin space can be continuously degraded, the problem of breeding of pollutants on the surface of the cabin assembly is solved, the capacity of the cabin assembly for removing bacteria and molds is improved, and the health and comfort of the cabin space are guaranteed.

    本申请提供了一种纳米复合功能材料、其制备方法及功能性汽车座舱,所述制备方法包括:(Ⅰ)将纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌、氧化铜粉末分散于多巴胺溶液中,随后加入pH缓冲液进行反应,得到无机复合沉淀物;(Ⅱ)将步骤(Ⅰ)得到的无机复合沉淀物分散于有机溶剂中,随后加入正硅酸乙酯进行反应;通过酸蒸汽对反应产物进行腐蚀得到原液,原液经蒸馏后得到所述纳米复合功能粉料。本申请制备得到的纳米复合功能材料无需紫外光的激发,将其用于座舱总成时,可持续降解座舱空间内的空气中的有机物,解决座舱总成表面污染物滋生的问题,提升座舱总成对细菌和霉菌的去除能力,保障了座舱空间的健康性和舒适性。
