The invention discloses a sliding device for an ultra-long steel pipe and a vertical lifting method for the ultra-long steel pipe. The sliding device comprises two supporting beams which are oppositely arranged, and each supporting beam is provided with a plurality of first rolling wheels which are arranged in the length direction of the supporting beam; the length of the two connecting beams is adjustable, the connecting beams are connected to the opposite sides of the two supporting beams, each supporting beam is provided with a front end and a rear end, and the arrangement height of the connecting beams at the front ends of the supporting beams is higher than that of the connecting beams at the rear ends of the supporting beams; the anti-inclination supports are installed on the opposite sides of the two supporting beams respectively, and second rolling wheels are installed on the anti-inclination supports; when one end of the super-long steel pipe is vertically lifted, the other end of the super-long steel pipe is placed on the connecting beam at the front end of the supporting beam, and the end face of the other end of the super-long steel pipe abuts against the connecting beam at the rear end of the supporting beam. The problem that when the steel pipe is vertically hoisted, the lower end of the steel pipe is prone to shaking around the circle center, and the hoisting safety risk is increased is solved.

    本发明公开了一种超长钢管的滑移装置及超长钢管的垂立起吊方法,包括:相对设置的两支承梁,所述支承梁安装有沿所述支承梁的长度方向设置的多个第一滚轮;长度可调的两连系梁,所述连系梁连接于两所述支承梁的相对侧,所述支承梁具有一前端和一后端,所述支承梁的前端的连系梁的设置高度高于所述支承梁的后端的连系梁的设置高度;防倾支架,两所述支承梁的相背侧分别安装有所述防倾支架,所述防倾支架安装有第二滚轮;在垂立起吊超长钢管的一端时,所述超长钢管的另一端搁置于所述支承梁的前端的连系梁,所述超长钢管的另一端的端面抵顶于所述支承梁的后端的连系梁。本发明解决了在垂直吊装钢管时,钢管的下端部易绕圆心晃动,导致吊装安全风险增大的问题。
