The invention relates to the technical field of water turbine rotor installation, and discloses a magnetic pole hoisting method which comprises the following steps: S1, horizontally placing a magnetic pole on a support; s2, assembling a hoisting tool and a magnetic pole; s2.1, a lifting appliance body is installed at the top of the magnetic pole, and a first lifting ring is assembled; s2.2, clamping plates are installed on the left side and the right side of the magnetic pole, the two clamping plates and the magnetic pole are assembled into a whole through screws, the clamping plate on any side and the pressing plate of the magnetic pole are fastened, and a second lifting ring is assembled on the clamping plate; s3, simultaneously hoisting the hoisting ring I and the hoisting ring II, and horizontally hoisting the magnetic pole away from the ground; s4, overturning, wherein the second lifting ring continues to be lifted, and the first lifting ring is slowly loosened; s5, after the magnetic pole is hoisted to be perpendicular, the first hoisting ring is detached, the magnetic pole is hoisted to the T-shaped groove position of the magnet yoke, the magnetic pole position is corrected to meet the product requirement, and then a wedge is driven; s6, disassembling all the hoisting tools, and hoisting the next magnetic pole; and S7, the steps S1-6 are repeated till complete hoisting is completed. The structure is simple, installation and hoisting are convenient, and hoisting shaking is effectively avoided.

    本发明涉及水轮机转子安装技术领域,公开了一种磁极吊装的方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将磁极平放于支承上;S2、组装起吊工具和磁极;S2.1、将吊具体安装于磁极顶部,并装配吊环一;S2.2、在磁极左右两侧均安装夹紧板,通过螺杆将两个夹紧板与磁极装配为一体,将任一一侧的夹紧板与磁极的压板紧固并在夹紧板上装配吊环二;S3、同时起吊吊环一和吊环二,将磁极水平吊离地面;S4、翻转:继续起吊吊环二,缓慢放松吊环一;S5、将磁极吊垂直后拆掉吊环一,并吊装至磁轭T型槽位置,校正磁极位置达到产品要求,后打入斜楔;S6、拆开所有吊装工具,再进行下一磁极的吊装;S7、重复S1‑6,直至完全吊装完成。结构简单方便安装起吊,有效避免起吊晃动。
