The self-adaptive noise reduction and efficiency improvement appendage device with the front propeller for the ship comprises a guide ring, a movable guide vane and a hydraulic system. The guide ring is coaxial with the propeller shaft and the propeller and is mounted on the double-arm shaft bracket arm; the two ends of the movable guide vane are rotationally connected with the shaft hub of the double-arm shaft bracket and the guide ring respectively; the hydraulic system drives the movable guide vane to rotate around the center line of the movable guide vane, the attack angle of the movable guide vane relative to incoming flow is adjusted, and pressure distribution and speed distribution of a flow field are changed. According to the appendage device, by adjusting the relative positions and attack angles of the blades, the propulsion efficiency can be improved, the maximum navigational speed can be increased or underwater radiation noise of the propeller can be reduced according to requirements; the exciting force of the propeller and the vibration of the stern can be reduced to a certain extent; and the appendage can generate additional thrust to a certain extent, so that the rapidity of the ship is further improved.

    本发明的船用螺旋桨前置自适应降噪增效附体装置包括导环、可动导叶和液压系统;所述导环与推进器轴及螺旋桨同轴,安装在双臂轴支架臂上;所述可动导叶两端分别与双臂轴支架轴毂和所述导环转动连接;所述液压系统驱动所述可动导叶绕可动导叶中心线转动,调节所述可动导叶相对于来流的攻角,改变流场压力分布和速度分布。该附体装置可通过调节叶片的相对位置和攻角,根据需求增加推进效率提高最大航速或降低螺旋桨水下辐射噪声;可在一定程度上降低螺旋桨激振力以及船尾振动;附体本身可在一定程度上产生附加推力,进一步提高船舶快速性。
