The method comprises the following steps: receiving an instruction of starting a cabin environment dynamic adjustment mode by a user, and sending the instruction to a vehicle control unit by utilizing a cabin controller; when a preset activation condition is met, sending an instruction to a bus by utilizing a vehicle control unit, and controlling the vehicle to enter a cabin environment dynamic adjustment mode; the running state of the vehicle and the cabin environment are monitored, and real-time motion parameters of the vehicle and cabin environment data are obtained; and on the basis of the real-time motion parameters and the cabin environment data, a control strategy corresponding to a preset cabin environment dynamic adjustment mode is used for continuously controlling the opening angle of a vehicle window and the angle of an air blower, an air conditioning system and/or an air door, so that the environment in the cabin is dynamically adjusted. According to the method, the energy consumption for dynamically adjusting the cabin environment is reduced, the energy utilization efficiency and the driving mileage of the new energy automobile are improved, and the user experience is enhanced.
