The invention discloses a vehicle control method and device, a processor and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that in the vehicle driving process, facial feature information of a target object in a vehicle is acquired, and the facial feature information is used for representing the fatigue degree of the target object; determining a fatigue level of the target object based on the facial feature information; in response to the fact that the fatigue level is the first fatigue level, at least one internal device of the vehicle is controlled to execute a first operation, and the first operation is used for making the fatigue degree of the target object lower than the first fatigue level; in response to the fact that the fatigue level is a second fatigue level, at least one internal device is controlled to execute a first operation, an avoiding unit of the vehicle is controlled to execute a second operation, and the second operation is used for prompting a moving object around the vehicle to avoid the vehicle and/or the vehicle to avoid the moving object. The technical problem that when the target object is fatigued, the control accuracy of the vehicle is low is solved.
