The invention provides a charging interface detection circuit, an electric vehicle and a charging pile. The charging interface detection circuit comprises a charging detection port, a first charging conduction circuit, a controller and a power supply chip. The controller is connected with the first charging conduction circuit through the first detection port and detects the on-off state of the first charging conduction circuit through the first detection port when the charging plug is inserted into the charging interface. The power supply chip is connected with the controller through an abnormal detection port and is connected with the first charging conduction circuit through an abnormal control port; the power supply chip detects whether the controller is abnormal in enabling or not through the abnormal detection port, and controls the first charging conduction circuit to be disconnected through the abnormal control port when detecting that the controller is abnormal in enabling, so that the controller is disconnected from the first charging conduction circuit. The circuit body of the charging interface detection circuit can be monitored in real time, the detection result is prevented from being influenced by abnormity of the circuit body of the charging interface detection circuit, and safety and reliability are achieved.
