The system comprises a converter, a traction inverter, an auxiliary inverter and a power supply power pack, the converter is respectively connected with the traction inverter and the auxiliary inverter through a high-voltage direct-current bus and provides a direct-current power supply for the traction inverter and the auxiliary inverter; the power supply power pack is connected with the high-voltage direct-current bus, the converter provides direct-current power for the power supply power pack through the high-voltage direct-current bus, and the power supply power pack provides direct-current power for the traction inverter and the auxiliary inverter through the high-voltage direct-current bus. The invention has the beneficial effects that: on the premise of not transforming the original traction power supply system on a large scale, the safe and stable neutral section passing without power loss of the locomotive is realized, and the compensation on the secondary pulsation power can be realized in an auxiliary way; the intelligent power supply power pack can provide emergency power for the locomotive when the traction network breaks down, so that the safety and the reliability of the locomotive system are improved; the converter is small in size, light in weight and low in cost.
