The method comprises the steps that the current temperature, the target temperature and the regulation and control duration of an evaporator are obtained; determining an S-type acceleration and deceleration curve control strategy based on the current temperature, the target temperature and the regulation duration; the S-shaped acceleration and deceleration curve is a non-step type lifting curve or a non-linear slope lifting curve; and generating a rotating speed regulation and control signal based on an S-type acceleration and deceleration curve control strategy. The rotating speed of the compressor is regulated and controlled by adopting an S-shaped acceleration and deceleration curve control strategy, so that the instant deviation between the target temperature and the current temperature of the evaporator is obviously reduced, an input signal becomes more gentle, system overshoot is reduced, the time response of the system is optimized, and the compressor can work more stably; the air outlet temperature required by a user is met, the power consumption balance of the compressor is also considered, the compressor is kept at a proper rotating speed, and the situation that after the target temperature is reached, the compressor still operates at a high rotating speed, and consequently energy waste is caused is avoided.
