    本发明公开了基于动力环境预报的船舶经济航速排班装置及方法。基于动力环境预报的船舶经济航速排班装置,包括设有船舶调度系统的调度平台,调度平台的两侧分别设置有进风口和出风口,出风口内设置有过滤网,进风口处设置有安装座,安装座的中部开设有活动槽以及开设在两侧且与活动槽连通的第一风口和第二风口,活动槽内设置有两个隔板,两个隔板之间形成有进风通道,其中一个隔板与活动槽内壁之间形成有清理腔,进风通道内设置有散热风扇;本发明便于对进风口处的滤网进行有效清理,使进风口处的滤网时刻保持最优的通风状态,使调度平台的散热效果稳定,进而使服务器稳定运行,保证调度平台服务器对航班的调度效率。
