The invention discloses a road early warning method and system based on an intelligent connected automobile. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring three-dimensional point cloud information of a target obstacle on a road on which a target vehicle runs; based on the three-dimensional point cloud information of the target obstacle, determining a probability value of scraping of a historical vehicle at the three-dimensional point cloud information from a database; based on the type of the target vehicle, the speed of the target vehicle and the probability value of scraping of the historical vehicle at the three-dimensional point cloud information, the target probability value of scraping of the target vehicle at the target obstacle is evaluated; and when the target probability value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, sending warning information to the target user. According to the invention, the technical problem that the intelligent networked automobile cannot safely run on various roads is solved.
