The invention relates to the technical field of traffic management, and discloses an AIoT-based digital traffic management system and method, and the system comprises an intersection data collection module, a roadside edge data processing module, a road section lane passing time estimation module, and a traffic light management module. According to the invention, real-time lane data such as a lane field video, a lane vehicle number, a lane vehicle speed and lane vehicle positioning data can be directly acquired based on an edge computing technology through equipment such as a camera and a radar which are installed on a road side, and real-time lane data such as lane field video, lane vehicle number, lane vehicle speed and lane vehicle positioning data can be acquired; and then the congestion degree of the specified lane and the time when a specified vehicle passes through the intersection are obtained and calculated according to the real-time lane data, and the traffic light rule is comprehensively changed and adjusted, so that the traffic pressure of a local area in a local time period can be effectively relieved, and the labor cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及交通管理技术领域,公开了一种基于AIoT的数字交通管理系统及方法,包括:路口数据采集模块、路侧边缘数据处理模块、路段车道通行时间预估模块、交通灯管理模块,与所述路段车道通行时间预估模块和所述路侧边缘数据处理模块连接,本发明可通过安装在路测的摄像头、雷达等设备,基于边缘计算技术直接获取车道现场录像、车道车数量、车道车辆车速、车道车辆定位数据等实时车道数据,然后根据实时车道数据对指定车道的拥堵程度和某一指定车辆通过路口的时间进行获取计算,综合的对交通灯规则进行变更调整,能够有效缓解局部地区在局部时段的交通压力,减少人力成本。
