The invention relates to fishing boat movement trajectory analysis, and discloses a fishing boat trajectory anomaly analysis method based on a generative adversarial network, comprising the following steps: S1, preprocessing original data of a fishing boat movement trajectory, the original data including fishing boat ID, latitude and longitude coordinates, speed, direction and time; s2, constructing a generative adversarial network based on a mixed attention mechanism: constructing a fishing boat trajectory generator network, constructing a fishing boat trajectory discriminator network, and constructing the generative adversarial network; s3, initializing parameters of the fishing boat trajectory generator network and the discriminator network, and training the fishing boat trajectory generator network and the discriminator network; and S4, calculating an abnormal score of the fishing boat trajectory, and outputting an abnormal result so as to judge whether the running trajectory of the fishing boat is different. According to the method, the long-term dependency relationship in the fishing boat trajectory sequence data can be better captured, and the timeliness, accuracy and efficiency of anomaly analysis are improved.

    本发明涉及渔船移动轨迹分析,公开了一种基于生成对抗网络的渔船轨迹异常分析方法,包括以下步骤:S1、对渔船移动轨迹的原始数据预处理,其中,原始数据包括渔船ID、经纬度坐标、速度、方向以及时间;S2、构建基于混合注意力机制的生成对抗网络:包括构建渔船轨迹生成器网络,构建渔船轨迹判别器网络,以及构建生成对抗网络;S3、初始化渔船轨迹生成器网络和判别器网络的参数,训练渔船轨迹生成器网络和判别器网络;S4、计算渔船轨迹异常分数,输出异常结果,从而判断渔船运行轨迹是否异。本发明可以更好地捕捉渔船轨迹序列数据中的长期依赖关系,提高了异常分析的及时性、准确性和效率。
