The sampling assembly is driven to move out of water, then the overturning assembly drives the L-shaped rod to overturn towards the ship body, the sampling assembly is overturned to the upper end of the ship body, at the moment, a worker can take out aquatic plants from the sampling assembly and place the aquatic plants into the penetrating column body, and four sampling structures are arranged, so that the aquatic plants can be sampled at different positions; therefore, the process of manually sampling the aquatic plants is replaced.
