The invention discloses a hanging beam and a hanging frame of a container. The lifting beam comprises a limb beam and a lifting lug plate; one side face of each lifting lug plate is attached to and connected to a first limb beam, the other side face of each lifting lug plate is attached to and connected to a second limb beam, the first lifting parts are located on the upper sides of the limb beams, the second lifting parts are located on the lower sides of the limb beams, the lifting lug plates comprise the first lifting lug plates and the second lifting lug plates, and the first lifting lug plates and the second lifting lug plates are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the limb beams. And the minimum size between the second lifting part of the first lifting lug plate and the second lifting part of the second lifting lug plate is greater than the width size of a standard container. Therefore, when the container is lifted through the lifting appliance, the minimum size between the second lifting part of the first lifting lug plate and the second lifting part of the second lifting lug plate is larger than the width size of a standard container in the length direction of the limb beam, the situation that a sling scratches and extrudes a container body of the container can be avoided, and then a coating on the outer surface of the container is prevented from being damaged; and the container is prevented from being damaged.
