The invention discloses a construction method of a large rib plate beveled broadside section of an LNG (liquefied natural gas) ship cargo hold, which comprises the following steps of: dividing the large rib plate beveled broadside section into an inner wall section, a middle platform section, a large rib plate section, an upper platform section, an outer plate longitudinal bone and an outer plate according to the structural characteristics of the large rib plate beveled broadside section; folding the middle platform segment, the large rib plate segment, the upper platform segment and the inner wall segment in sequence to obtain an inner wall middle assemblage; the method comprises the following steps of: mounting outer plate longitudinal bones on an assembly in the inner wall in a scattered hoisting manner, covering and attaching an outer plate after the outer plate longitudinal bones are mounted, forming a large rib plate beveled broadside section, and finally turning over the whole large rib plate beveled broadside section by 180 degrees, placing the large rib plate beveled broadside section on an adjustable direction stabilizing frame and completing welding. The problems that the requirement of the LNG ship for the planeness of the segmented inner wall of the cargo hold is high, and the assembly precision of the beveled large rib plate is difficult to control are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种LNG船货舱大肋板斜切舷侧分段的建造方法,本发明根据大肋板斜切舷侧分段的结构特点将其划分为内壁片段、中平台片段、大肋板片段、上平台片段、外板纵骨和外板,然后以内壁片段为基面,依次将中平台片段、大肋板片段、上平台片段与内壁片段进行合拢,得到内壁中组立;再在内壁中组立上散吊安装外板纵骨,外板纵骨安装完后,盖贴外板,组成大肋板斜切舷侧分段,最后将大肋板斜切舷侧分段整体翻身180度搁置在可调稳向架上焊接完工,有效地解决了LNG船对货舱分段内壁平面度要求高、斜切大肋板装配精度难以控制的问题。
