The inner wall of the mounting hole is provided with a plurality of jacking balls used for jacking the inner shaft, and the jacking balls have potential energy for pressing the inner shaft. The included angle can be formed between the wheel axle and the shaft sleeve, and meanwhile, the annularly-arranged top beads are installed on the inner wall of the shaft hole in the shaft sleeve and can apply correction force to the wheel axle.
