The control strategy comprises the following steps: acquiring the single voltage of each single battery in the battery pack; determining whether the battery pack has an over-high single voltage fault or not according to the single voltage; and under the condition that the single voltage of the battery pack is too high, executing motor negative torque control operation, limiting the output power of the battery pack, and executing motor power and torque adjustment operation. The control strategy and the control system are higher in safety level, and electric drive safety control can be more efficiently achieved.
本发明实施例提供一种辅助实现BMS功能安全的电驱动安全控制策略及控制系统,属于电动汽车技术领域。所述控制策略包括:获取电池包中每个单体电池的单体电压;根据所述单体电压确定所述电池包是否出现单体电压过高故障;在所述电池包出现单体电压过高故障的情况下,执行电机负扭矩控制操作,限制所述电池包的输出功率,并执行电机功率和扭矩调节操作。该控制策略及控制系统安全等级更高,能够更高效地实现电驱动安全控制。
