The invention discloses a method for preparing a multilayer gradient wave-absorbing material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a quartz fiber dispersion liquid; 2) preparing quartz fibers; (3) preparing quartz fiber composite aerogel; (4) preparing carbon fiber composite aerogel; and 5) assembling. The invention provides a green, convenient and low-cost process for preparing the multilayer gradient wave-absorbing material with excellent wave-absorbing performance. According to the invention, flexible quartz fiber aerogel, quartz fiber composite aerogel and carbon fiber composite aerogel are respectively prepared and are combined to realize impedance gradient design, so that the wave-absorbing performance of the material is improved. Therefore, the problem of poor wave absorbing performance of a single material or a single structure is solved. The method for preparing the ultra-light flexible multilayer wave-absorbing material is low in production cost, short in process time and high in operability, and is a preparation method suitable for batch production. Importantly, the material shows excellent flexibility, electromagnetic wave absorption performance, heat insulation performance and the like, and is expected to be applied to various fields of new-generation stealth machines, portable electronic equipment and the like.

    本发明公开了一种制备多层梯度吸波材料的方法,所述制备方法步骤如下:1)制备石英纤维分散液;2)制备石英纤维;3)制备石英纤维复合气凝胶;4)制备碳纤维复合气凝胶;5)组装。本发明提出一种绿色、便捷、低成本的工艺制备具有优异吸波性能的多层梯度吸波材料。本发明分别制备了具有柔性的石英纤维气凝胶、石英纤维复合气凝胶和碳纤维复合气凝胶,通过对它们的组合实现阻抗渐变设计从而提升材料的吸波性能。从而解决了单一材料或者单一结构吸波性能差的问题。本发明提出的制备超轻柔性多层吸波材料的方法,生产成本低,工艺时间短,可操作性强,是一种适合批量生产的制备方法。重要的是,这种材料展现出优异的柔性、电磁波吸收性能和隔热等性能,有望应用在新一代隐身机及便携式电子设备等各个领域。
