The invention provides a battery compartment locking safety device and an unmanned aerial vehicle, the battery compartment locking safety device comprises an accommodating part, a first locking part and a second locking part, and the accommodating part is used for accommodating a battery. The first locking piece is arranged on the containing piece in a sliding mode and moves between a locking position where the battery is limited and an unlocking position where the battery is freely disassembled and assembled, and the second locking piece is arranged on the containing piece in a rotating mode so as to move between a first position and a second position. When the second locking piece is located at the first position, the first locking piece can move freely; when the second locking piece is located at the second position, the second locking piece stops the first locking piece from moving between the locking position and the unlocking position. According to the battery compartment locking safety device provided by the invention, the structure and position relationship of the first locking piece and the second locking piece are set, so that the battery compartment locking safety device can fix the battery more stably, the battery is prevented from falling off under extreme conditions, and the overall safety of equipment is improved.
