According to the rechargeable battery system with the child-mother structure capable of replacing the battery pack, flexible combination and free replacement of the battery system are achieved in a child-mother pack structure mode, the disassembly and assembly requirements when the battery child pack is damaged are met, and the battery energy supplementing means can be enriched in the mode that a full electronic pack replaces an insufficient electronic pack. The heat dissipation fins, the heat conduction pouring sealant, the aerogel heat insulation felt, the aluminum alloy plate and other parts or materials are comprehensively utilized, effective heat protection design is provided for the heat spreading condition of a battery system, and rapid temperature rising under the low-temperature condition can be achieved through the PI heating piece. The BMS in the battery system can communicate with the cloud platform in a wireless mode, so that the functions of battery state estimation, fault diagnosis and risk assessment based on fusion of the vehicle end and the cloud end can be realized, and the real-time performance, the accuracy and the comprehensiveness of monitoring the battery system are remarkably improved.

    本发明提供了一种可更换电池包的子母结构可充电电池系统,以子母包的结构形式实现了电池系统的灵活组合与自由更换,既满足电池子包损坏时的拆装需求,也可通过由满电子包替换亏电子包的方式来丰富电池补能手段。本发明综合利用散热鳍片、导热灌封胶、气凝胶隔热毡、铝合金板等部件或材料,针对电池系统的热蔓延情况提供了有效的热防护设计,还可利用PI加热片实现低温条件下的快速升温。电池系统中的BMS可以无线方式与云平台通讯,从而可以实现车端与云端融合的电池状态估计、故障诊断与风险评估功能,显著提高了对电池系统监管的实时性、精确性与全面性。
