The invention discloses a ship digital twin dynamical model clustering method and system based on MMG-GMM, and belongs to the field of ship dynamical modeling. The method is provided for coping with motion simulation and controller switching of a ship in a complex and changeable environment, being compatible with a traditional ship motion controller and a state observer algorithm, and saving computer calculation and storage resources. According to the technical key points, ship motion data segments are segmented by taking single ship steering motion control as a unit, data are smoothed by using a data smoothing algorithm, and first-order and second-order derivatives of the motion data to time are solved at the same time; identifying a simplified MMG model parameter estimation value by using the smooth data obtained in the previous step, wherein the model identification method is not limited; based on a BFGS quasi-Newton method, optimizing the ship model parameter estimation value by using the smooth data; and performing clustering analysis on the MMG model based on the SD clustering index to obtain an MMG-GMM model. The model has practical engineering significance for ship digital twinning motion simulation and twinning synchronous switching controller design in a complex and changeable environment.
一种基于MMG‑GMM的船舶数字孪生动力学模型聚类方法及系统,属于船舶动力学建模领域。本发明为了应对复杂多变的环境下船舶的运动仿真和切换控制器,并能兼容传统的船舶运动控制器和状态观测器算法以及节省计算机计算和存储资源而提出的。技术要点:以单次船舶转向运动控制为单位,分割船舶运动数据段,并使用数据平滑算法平滑数据,同时求出运动数据对时间的一阶和二阶导数;使用上一步骤的到的平滑数据辨识简化MMG模型参数估计值,模型辨识方法不限;基于BFGS拟牛顿法使用上述平滑数据对船舶模型参数估计值进行优化;基于SD聚类指标对MMG模型进行聚类分析,得到MMG‑GMM模型。该模型应对复杂多变的环境下的船舶数字孪生运动仿真和孪生同步切换控制器设计有实际工程意义。
