The invention discloses a lifting appliance lifting mechanism, a lifting hydraulic system, a control method and a transfer machine thereof, the lifting appliance lifting mechanism adopts a first connecting frame, and a first lifting oil cylinder, a second lifting oil cylinder, a first spin lock device, a second spin lock device and a first spin lock oil cylinder which are arranged on two sides of the first connecting frame; the first lifting oil cylinder and the second lifting oil cylinder are located on one side of the first connecting frame and connected with the first connecting frame, and the first spin lock device and the second spin lock device are located on the other side of the first connecting frame and connected with the first connecting frame. The two ends of the first spin locking oil cylinder are connected with the first spin locking device and the second spin locking device respectively. A multi-cylinder high-precision synchronous control hydraulic system is adopted; the device can adapt to the use working condition of hanging large objects in limited space; high-precision lifting and lowering of the hoisted object can be achieved, and it is guaranteed that the large hoisted object is hoisted in or out without being damaged in a limited space.

    本发明公开了一种吊具提升机构、提升液压系统、控制方法及其转载机械,吊具提升机构采用第一连接架、以及设于第一连接架两侧的第一提升油缸、第二提升油缸、第一旋锁装置、第二旋锁装置和第一旋锁油缸,第一提升油缸和第二提升油缸分别位于第一连接架的一侧且分别与第一连接架相连接,第一旋锁装置和第二旋锁装置分别位于第一连接架的另一侧且分别与第一连接架相连接,第一旋锁油缸的两端分别与第一旋锁装置和第二旋锁装置相连接。本发明采用多缸高精度同步控制液压系统;能适应有限空间吊载大型物件的使用工况;能实现高精度提升、下放吊物,保证在有限空间内将大型吊物不受损伤地吊进或吊出。
