The invention discloses an escalator comprehensive performance evaluation and fault diagnosis device which comprises a roller load measurement module, a vibration measurement module, a noise measurement module, a step attitude capture module and a data acquisition and analysis module. Rolling wheel load, stair vibration and escalator noise level on the whole stair are measured along with stair operation, time domain information of data is in one-to-one correspondence with stair position through an output result of the stair posture capturing module, and all data are collected, stored and analyzed through the data collecting and analyzing module; and furthermore, the original data and the analysis result are transmitted to the client through the signal transmitting device. The performance indexes of the escalator can be evaluated from multiple dimensions, real-time or off-line diagnosis and analysis can be carried out on faults occurring in the running process of the escalator, the whole device is compact in structure, convenient to carry and easy to operate, and delivery inspection, on-site acceptance inspection, on-site troubleshooting and other tasks of the escalator can be conveniently carried out.

    本发明公开了一种自动扶梯综合性能评估及故障诊断装置,包括滚轮载荷测量模块、振动测量模块、噪声测量模块、梯级姿态捕捉模块、数据采集分析模块,整个装置固定于梯级上,随梯级运行测量整个梯路上的滚轮受载、梯级振动、扶梯噪声水平,并通过梯级姿态捕捉模块的输出结果将数据的时域信息与梯路位置进行一一对应,通过数据采集分析模块将所有数据进行采集、存储和分析,进一步通过信号发送装置将原始数据和分析结果传输到客户端。本发明能够从多个维度评估扶梯的性能指标,并对扶梯运行过程出现的故障进行实时或者离线的诊断和分析,整个装置结构紧凑,携带方便,操作简单,便于扶梯的出厂检验、现场验收和现场排故等任务的开展。
