The device is integrated on a thrust control device and used for controlling a flight device with a folding wing to complete folding and unfolding of a folding wing tip, meanwhile, when the wing tip is in a folding state, control over thrust by a pilot is limited, the situation that an aircraft is out of control due to the fact that the folding wing tip is not unfolded or unlocked is avoided, and then flight safety is improved.
