When the draft of the ship changes, the pneumatic balance control cabinet adjusts the air pressure in the air pressure balance cavity so as to adjust the pressure difference between the air pressure in the air pressure balance cavity and the water pressure outside the ship board, and the purposes of reducing the seawater permeation risk, prolonging the service life of the stern shaft sealing device and reducing the economic loss are achieved. The pneumatic balance control cabinet is used for controlling the pressure in the air pressure balance cavity, and the purposes of reducing the leakage risk of lubricating oil in the oil cavity and reducing the marine environment pollution risk are achieved. The air pressure balance cavity separates lubricating oil in the oil cavity and water outside the stern shaft of the ship body, and the aims of reducing the damage risk of a stern tube and a stern bearing and reducing the environment pollution risk of the lubricating oil are achieved.

    本发明提供一种气动平衡式船用油润滑艉轴密封系统及控制方法,涉及艉轴密封技术领域,其主要技术方案:油腔和气压平衡腔自船体向螺旋桨端方向依次设置,气动平衡控制柜对应连接在气压平衡腔与气压源、油腔与油气控制器间。在船吃水深度变化时,气动平衡控制柜调节气压平衡腔内气压,以调节气压平衡腔内气压与船舷外水压间的压力差,达到降低海水渗透风险,进而提高艉轴密封装置使用寿命,以降低经济损失的目的。用气动平衡控制柜控制气压平衡腔内的压力,达到降低油腔内润滑油外泄风险,以降低海洋环境污染风险的目的。气压平衡腔分隔油腔内润滑油与船体艉轴外水,降低了艉管、艉轴承损坏风险,以及润滑油污染环境风险的目的。
