The invention relates to an electric vehicle battery replacing technology, and discloses a light electric vehicle battery replacing method based on a two-wheeled vehicle battery replacing cabinet, which comprises the following steps: when the battery replacing cabinet receives a light electric vehicle battery replacing instruction sent by a cloud service platform, bin doors of two empty storage battery bins are opened; after it is detected that the storage batteries are inserted into the two empty storage battery bins, bin doors of the two storage battery bins with the storage battery electric quantity meeting a preset condition in the bins are opened; detecting whether a storage battery is inserted again after the storage batteries in the two storage battery bins are taken out and before bin doors are closed; if yes, returning to execute the step of opening the bin doors of the two storage battery bins with the storage battery electric quantity meeting the preset condition in the bin; and if not, it is judged that battery replacement of the light electric vehicle is completed. The invention further discloses a control device, a battery replacement cabinet, a battery replacement system and a computer readable storage medium. The invention aims at conveniently supplementing electric energy to the light-duty electric vehicle, ensuring the use efficiency of the light-duty electric vehicle and reducing the hidden danger of electricity utilization of the light-duty electric vehicle.
