According to the high-power direct-current charging pile liquid cooling structure and the cooling control method thereof, through mutual cooperation of the liquid storage tank, the refrigeration assembly, the water pump, the liquid outlet pipe, the cooling pipe, the liquid cooling pipe, the cooling fins, the draft fan, the control center, the controller, the temperature sensor, the relay and the control circuit, cooling control can be performed on the charging pile liquid cooling structure, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,且公开了一种大功率直流充电桩液冷结构及其冷却控制方法,包括充电桩,所述充电桩的前侧外壁安装有柜门,所述充电桩的顶端外壁开设有散热孔,所述充电桩的顶端内部开设有通风孔,所述充电桩的一侧设置有液冷结构,所述充电桩的底部固定连接有支撑座,所述支撑座的内部安装有抽风扇,所述支撑座的外壁开设有出风口,所述柜门的前侧设置有冷却控制结构。该大功率直流充电桩液冷结构及其冷却控制方法,通过储液箱、制冷组件、水泵、出液管、冷却管、液冷管、散热翅片、抽风扇、控制中心、控制器、温度传感器、继电器和控制电路的相互配合,可以对充电桩液冷结构进行冷却控制,提高工作效率。
