The invention discloses an under-vehicle start-stop intelligent control system for a commercial vehicle, which comprises a mechanical key/PEPS system, an under-vehicle start-stop switch, an MT/AMT system, a mechanical hand brake/EPB system, an instrument system, a remote APP control system, an ECM system and a relay, and is characterized in that the mechanical key/PEPS system is used for transmitting a key gear signal to the under-vehicle start-stop intelligent control system; the under-vehicle start-stop switch is used for transmitting under-vehicle start and flameout switch signals to the under-vehicle start-stop intelligent control system, the MT/AMT system is used for transmitting neutral gear state information to the under-vehicle start-stop intelligent control system, and the mechanical hand brake/EPB system is used for collecting vehicle mechanical hand brake switch signals or electronic hand brake switch information and transmitting the signals or the information to the under-vehicle start-stop intelligent control system. The relay is used for controlling power supply gears of the whole vehicle; the system has the functions of limiting the starting time and preventing repeated starting, multiple safety measures and multiple kinds of configuration judgment are utilized, and the control requirements of under-vehicle safe starting and stopping control, intelligent configuration and under-vehicle starting and stopping combined with multiple power systems are met.
