The invention relates to the technical field of new energy automobile cooling structures, in particular to a new energy automobile electric driving force assembly cooling system and a control method. Comprising at least two sets of finned tube assemblies, a water tank, a water pump and an adjusting unit, and each set of finned tube assembly is provided with a water inlet branch pipe and a water outlet branch pipe; a valve is arranged at the outlet end, away from the water tank, of the water outlet main pipe, and the water inlet branch pipe is communicated with the water outlet main pipe through a switching opening in the valve. The water pump is mounted on the water outlet header pipe; the adjusting unit is arranged between each finned tube assembly and the valve and used for adjusting the valve to close communication between the finned tube assembly and the water outlet main pipe after the temperature of the finned tube assembly exceeds a set threshold value and enabling the water outlet main pipe to be communicated with another finned tube assembly with the temperature not exceeding the set threshold value. The cooling system is simple in structure and convenient to use, cooling liquid can circulate in different finned tube assemblies, and the cooling effect of the whole cooling system is improved.

    本发明涉及新能源汽车冷却结构技术领域,具体地指一种新能源汽车电驱动力总成冷却系统及控制方法。包括至少两组翅片管组件、水箱、水泵和调节单元,每组翅片管组件上安装有进水支管和出水支管;水箱上设置有进水总管和出水总管,出水总管远离水箱的出口端设置有阀门,进水支管通过阀门上的切换口与出水总管连通;水泵安装在出水总管上;调节单元设置于每组翅片管组件与阀门之间,用于在翅片管组件温度超过设定阈值后调节阀门关闭该翅片管组件与出水总管的连通、并使出水总管与另一组温度不超过设定阈值的翅片管组件连通。本申请的冷却系统结构简单,使用方便,可以使冷却液在不同翅片管组件内循环,提升了整个冷却系统的冷却降温效果。
