The invention discloses a sun visor device for preventing direct sunlight and a control method. The sun visor device comprises a first sun visor main body arranged at a main driving position and a second sun visor main body arranged at a co-driving position; the first sun shield body is rotatably arranged on a front top plate of the main driving position through a rotating mechanism and attached to the front top plate. The second sun shield main body is rotatably arranged on a front top plate of the main driving position through a rotating mechanism and is attached to the front top plate; the second sun shield body comprises an upper layer plate and a lower layer plate, a stepping motor is arranged on the second sun shield body, and the upper layer plate and the lower layer plate rotate through the stepping motor.
