The invention relates to the technical field of tire production, and particularly discloses a new energy tire pattern structure and a tire, the new energy tire pattern structure comprises a longitudinal groove, a transverse groove and a tire steel sheet which are arranged on a tire body; the longitudinal grooves are distributed in the axial direction of the tire and located in the middle of the tread of the tire body, the transverse grooves are formed in the positions, close to the edges of the two sides of the tread, of the tire body, and the tire steel sheets are distributed among the multiple longitudinal grooves. The middle part adopts a steel sheet design to balance the pattern rigidity, increase the grounding area and improve the tire abrasion performance; the wet land is used for breaking a water film, so that the road holding force of the tire is improved; no steel sheet is designed between the shoulder transverse grooves of the tire body, so that the rigidity of the pattern blocks is increased, the instantaneous holding power is improved, and the instantaneous torque of a new energy automobile is dealt with; when the new energy tire patterns are arranged at all pitches in the circumferential direction of the tread, a multi-layer variable-pitch arrangement mode is adopted, and the low-noise characteristic of the tire is achieved through analogue simulation optimization analysis.

    本发明涉及轮胎生产技术领域,具体公开了一种新能源轮胎花纹结构及轮胎,包括:设置于轮胎胎体上的纵向沟槽、横向沟槽和轮胎钢片;纵向沟槽沿轮胎的轴向分布,且处于轮轮胎胎体的胎面中部,横向沟槽设置于轮胎胎体的靠近胎面两侧的边缘位置,轮胎钢片分布于若干条纵向沟槽之间;中部采用钢片设计,平衡花纹刚性,增大接地面积提升轮胎磨耗性能;确保轮胎干地抓到力,湿地用于破开水膜,提升轮胎抓地力;轮胎胎体的肩部横向沟槽间无钢片设计,花纹块刚性增加,提高瞬时抓力力,应对新能源汽车瞬时扭矩;新能源轮胎花纹在胎面周向各节距排布时,采用多层次变节距排列方式,通过仿真模拟优化分析,实现轮胎低噪音特性。
