The invention provides a traffic flow monitoring system based on an alliance chain and an Internet of Vehicles, and the system comprises an alliance chain database based on a DPoS consensus mechanism, and a lightweight transaction framework based on a budget-limited reverse auction mechanism. The reverse auction mechanism with the limited budget comprises a honest budget selection and pricing (TBSAP) algorithm, a traffic flow monitoring task is decomposed into traffic information collection sub-tasks by adopting an Internet of Things crowdsourcing technology, and the traffic information collection sub-tasks are distributed to real-time vehicles on a road, so that resource waste caused by large-scale arrangement of cameras is avoided; a utility function of task completion in a crowdsourcing system and an auction mechanism are innovatively defined to stimulate the enthusiasm of vehicle individuals to complete tasks, and the auction mechanism with budget limitation and honesty is designed to fundamentally avoid market health damage caused by dishonest quotation of users. And therefore, a target traffic flow monitoring task can be properly completed on the premise that the total cost can be controlled within a budget range.

    本发明提供一种基于联盟链和车联网的车流量监控系统,所述系统包括一个基于声望委托权益证明(Reputation‑BasedDelegatedProof‑of‑Stake,DPoS)共识机制的联盟链数据库和一个基于预算受限反向拍卖机制的轻量级交易框架,所述一个预算受限的反向拍卖机制包括一种诚实的预算选择和定价(TruthfulBudgetedSelectionandPricing,TBSAP)算法,本发明采用物联网众包技术将交通车流量监控任务分解为交通信息收集子任务分发至道路上的实时车辆来避免大规模布设摄像头带来的资源浪费,通过创新性定义众包系统中任务完成的效用函数以及拍卖机制来激发车辆个体完成任务的积极性,设计带有预算限制且具备诚实性的拍卖机制从根本上避免用户不诚信报价导致的市场健康受损,进而确保在总体成本能控制在预算范围内的前提下能妥善完成目标交通车流量监控任务的方法。
