The invention relates to the technical field of motors, in particular to a stator silicon steel sheet, a stator iron core with an inclined runner, a motor, a power assembly and an electric vehicle. The stator silicon steel sheet comprises a central hole, a plurality of grooves and at least one layer of cooling hole group, wherein each layer of cooling hole group comprises a plurality of cooling holes. Along the axial direction of the stator silicon steel sheet, the central hole, each groove and each cooling hole respectively penetrate through the stator silicon steel sheet; the grooves are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the stator silicon steel sheet and are respectively communicated with the central hole, and the plurality of cooling holes in the same layer of cooling hole group are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction; and the number of the cooling holes in each layer of cooling hole group is different from that of the grooves. After the stator silicon steel sheet forms a stator core through an in-mold rotation process, the area of the inner wall of the cooling channel formed by communication of the cooling holes is larger, and the heat dissipation performance of a motor can be improved by increasing the contact area with cooling liquid.
