The invention discloses a machine vision detection system, and relates to the field of machine vision, the machine vision detection system comprises a detection mechanism and an auxiliary mechanism, the detection mechanism comprises a license plate recognition device, the bottom of the license plate recognition device is provided with a stand column, the stand column is movably provided with a cross beam, and the auxiliary mechanism comprises an angle adjusting unit. The angle adjusting unit comprises two bottom plates installed on the ground, and arc-shaped frames are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the bottom plates. By installing the angle adjusting unit, when a vehicle passes through the angle adjusting unit, the vehicle passes through the uphill process and the downhill process in sequence, in the uphill process, the vehicle head is lifted upwards, the overall angle of the vehicle body is inclined upwards, and therefore the included angle between the license plate installed on the vehicle head and the license plate recognition device is reduced; therefore, the shooting clarity is improved, the identification error caused by the angle is reduced, and the identification precision of the monitoring system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种机器视觉检测系统,涉及机器视觉领域,包括检测机构和辅助机构,所述检测机构包括车牌识别装置,所述车牌识别装置底部设有立柱,所述立柱上活动安装有横梁,所述辅助机构包括角度调节单元,所述角度调节单元包括安装在地面上的两个底板,所述底板顶端固定设有弧形架。本发明通过安装角度调节单元,当车辆经过角度调节单元处时,使得车辆先后经过了上坡、下坡的过程,在上坡时,车头向上抬起,车身整体的角度向上倾斜,安装在车头上的车牌与车牌识别装置之间的夹角也因此而减小,进而因此提高了拍摄的清晰程度,减小了角度所造成的识别误差,提高了该监测系统的识别精度。
