The invention discloses a flood escape system based on a cloud platform. The flood escape system comprises the cloud platform, a flood safety monitoring unit, an intelligent Internet of Things platform, an alarm unit, a GPS module and an escape compartment. The cloud platform is used for obtaining the set positions and number of the escape compartments through big data analysis; the flood safety monitoring unit is used for monitoring water level in real time; the intelligent internet-of-things platform is used for giving a flood alarm and monitoring the position of the escape compartment and the condition in the compartment in real time; the alarm unit is used for being connected with the intelligent Internet of Things platform and transmitting the flood data to a webpage terminal for a user to check in real time; a GPS module; the positioning device is used for positioning the escape compartment. The escape compartment comprises a compartment body, an inlet and outlet gate arranged on the compartment body, a gas inlet, a gas outlet, an oxygen regulator used for supplying oxygen in the compartment, a temperature regulator used for regulating the temperature in the compartment, a liquid nitrogen pump used for rapid refrigeration, a camera used for monitoring the interior of the compartment and a GPS system.
