A heating structure and a motor fan are arranged on the air inlet pipe, the support is connected to the upper portion of the power cabinet in a sliding mode, a spring is arranged between the support and the power cabinet, an adjusting pipe is arranged on the support, one end of the adjusting pipe is connected with the air outlet pipe, the adjusting pipe penetrates through the air outlet pipe, and one side of the support abuts against the inclined face. The adjusting pipe moves away from the connecting position of the adjusting pipe and the air inlet pipe, a first contact is arranged on the extending part, a second contact is arranged on the power supply cabinet, a heating structure switch is controlled through contact and separation of the first contact and the second contact, and heat on airflow passing through a power supply can be reused and absorbed.
