The buried pipeline construction method comprises the following steps that a pipe ditch is excavated; in the length direction of the pipe ditch, rails are laid on the two sides of the pipe ditch, a pipeline transfer frame stretching across the pipe ditch is arranged on the rails, and a hoisting mechanism is arranged on the pipeline transfer frame; selecting an area convenient for pipeline transportation along the axis of the pipe ditch as a pipeline stacking place, and transporting the to-be-buried pipeline to the pipeline stacking place; the pipeline transfer frame is moved to a pipeline stacking place along the track, and the pipeline is hoisted from the pipeline stacking place through the hoisting mechanism; and the pipeline is conveyed to a mounting position along the track through the pipeline transfer frame, and the pipeline is mounted and buried. According to the pipeline conveying device, the area where the pipelines can be conveyed conveniently is selected along the pipe ditch as the pipeline stacking place, the pipelines to be buried are conveyed to the pipeline stacking place, the pipelines are transferred to the installation position through the pipeline transferring frame and the track laid along the pipe ditch, and therefore the efficiency of conveying the pipelines to the installation position is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及管道施工领域,公开了一种埋地管道施工方法。本发明公开的埋地管道施工方法,包括如下步骤:开挖管沟;沿管沟长度方向,在管沟两侧铺设轨道,在轨道上设置横跨管沟的管道转运架,管道转运架上设置有吊装机构;沿管沟轴线选取方便管道运达的区域作为管道堆放地,将待埋设的管道运送至管道堆放地;沿轨道移动管道转运架至管道堆放地,通过吊装机构从管道堆放地起吊管道;利用管道转运架沿轨道将管道运送至安装位置,进行管道的安装与埋设。本申请在管沟沿线选取方便管道运达的区域作为管道堆放地,将待埋设的管道运送至管道堆放地,利用沿管道转运架和沿管沟铺设的轨道将管道转运至安装位置,从而极大地提高了管道搬运到安装位置的效率。
