A spherical rubber pad comprises an upper plate used for being connected with a spring and a lower plate used for being connected with an axle box, a vulcanized rubber layer is arranged between the upper plate and the lower plate, and the connecting face of the upper plate, the connecting face of the lower plate and the rubber layer and the connecting face of the rubber layer are all spherical arc faces. Compared with a flat rubber pad in the prior art, the rubber pad mainly bears vertical loads, the cambered surface design is adopted, the whole rubber is of a hemispherical structure, the deflection rigidity is reduced, and a larger deflection angle can be borne. The vulcanized surfaces of the rubber pad, the upper plate and the lower plate all adopt symmetrical spherical cambered surfaces, so that the rubber pad has equal transverse and longitudinal deflection rigidity, and is suitable for application scenes with relatively consistent transverse and longitudinal deflection angles.
