The compressed air energy storage lifting device comprises a lifting channel and an air energy storage air bag, a piston plate is arranged in the lifting channel in a sliding mode, the side face of the piston plate is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the lifting channel, and a loading opening is formed in the top of the lifting channel; the bottom of the lifting channel is closed, an unloading door and an inflation and deflation calibration hole are formed in the side face of the bottom of the lifting channel, the air energy storage air bag is communicated with the bottom of the lifting channel through a connecting pipe, and an electric valve is arranged on the connecting pipe. Goods fall from the top of the lifting channel to the bottom of the lifting channel to be transported by means of the gravity of the goods, gravitational potential energy is converted into air molecule energy in the goods falling process, the air molecule energy is stored in the air energy storage air bag, the buffering and speed reducing effects on the goods are achieved, the air energy storage air bag releases energy after unloading, and the piston plate can be sent back to the top of the lifting channel again. The whole conveying process hardly consumes other energy sources, saves electric power, and is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and low in maintenance cost.

    本发明公开的是运输设备领域的一种压缩空气储能升降装置,包括升降通道和空气储能气囊,所述升降通道内滑动设置有活塞板,活塞板侧面与升降通道的内壁密封接触,升降通道的顶部设有装货口,底部封闭并在底部侧面设有卸货门和充放气校准孔,所述空气储能气囊通过连接管与升降通道底部相连通,所述连接管上设有电动阀门。本发明依靠货物自身的重力从升降通道顶部降落到底部来运输货物,货物下降过程中重力势能转换为空气分子能,存储在空气储能气囊中,并对货物起到缓冲降速作用,卸货之后空气储能气囊释能,可将活塞板重新送回到升降通道顶部,整个输送过程几乎不耗费其它能源,节省了电力,并且结构简单,造价低,维护成本少。
