The anti-falling automatic balance brake mechanism comprises a fixing plate, an elevator guide rail, a pull-down plate, a brake steel wire rope and a connecting rod, the brake steel wire rope is connected to the pull-down plate, safety tongs are arranged on the fixing plate, a passive jacking rod is arranged on one side of the inner side of the safety tongs, and the upper end of the passive jacking rod is connected with a clamping block; an inclined guide rail is arranged on the other side of the inner side of the safety tongs, one end of a connecting rod is hinged to the lower pulling plate, a lifting wedge block is hinged to the other end of the connecting rod, the outer side face of the lifting wedge block is in sliding connection with the inclined guide rail, and the lifting wedge block and the clamping block jointly clamp the elevator guide rail. The anti-falling automatic balance brake mechanism is used on the stacking machine, when the running speed of a lift car is too high, under the action of gravity, the wedge block is lifted to slide upwards relatively, the wedge block and the clamping block clamp an elevator guide rail together, the occurrence of a falling event is prevented, and the safety coefficient of the stacking machine in the using process is improved.

    本发明公开一种防坠自动平衡刹车机构,包括固定板、电梯导轨、下拉板、刹车钢丝绳和连杆,刹车钢丝绳连接在下拉板上,固定板上设置有安全钳,安全钳的内侧一边设置有被动顶起杆,被动顶起杆的上端连接有夹紧块,安全钳的内侧另外一边设置有斜向导轨,连杆的一端铰接在下拉板上,连杆的另外一端铰接有提拉楔块,提拉楔块的外侧面与斜向导轨之间滑动连接,提拉楔块与夹紧块共同夹持电梯导轨。该防坠自动平衡刹车机构用在堆垛机上,当轿厢的运行速度过快时,在重力的作用下,提拉楔块相对向上滑动,与夹紧块共同夹紧电梯导轨,防止坠落事件的发生,提高堆垛机在使用过程中的安全系数。
