The invention discloses a paddle, a propeller and an aircraft, the paddle comprises a paddle root, a paddle tip, a front edge, a rear edge, a suction surface and a pressure surface, the paddle and the paddle root are arranged oppositely, the front edge is connected with one side edge of the suction surface and one side edge of the pressure surface, and the rear edge is connected with the other side edge of the suction surface and the other side edge of the pressure surface; and a notch penetrating through the suction surface and the pressure surface is formed in one end, close to the propeller tip, of the front edge. The notch penetrating through the suction surface and the pressure surface is formed in the end, close to the blade tip, of the front edge, so that the curvature of the arc-shaped bottom wall of the notch and the curvature of the airfoil profile of the surface of the blade are kept continuous, a new section airfoil profile is formed, the situation of low-pressure pulsation of the position where the notch is located can be effectively relieved, and the service life of the blade is prolonged. Therefore, the harmonic noise intensity and harmonic quantity of the whole propeller are reduced.
