The invention relates to the technical field of ships, and discloses a stern shaft tube device which comprises a stern post, a rear bearing and a front bearing, a cooling device is arranged on the rear bearing and comprises a water pump, a cooling water pipe and a bearing cooling control system, the rear bearing comprises a rear bearing outer ring and a rear bearing inner ring, a groove is formed in the rear bearing outer ring, and the cooling water pipe is arranged in the groove. A cooling water pipe is annularly wound and sleeved on the outer surface of an outer ring of the rear bearing, a water inlet and a water outlet of the cooling water pipe are connected with a bearing cooling control system, a water pump and a heat dissipation water tank are arranged in the bearing cooling control system, the water inlet and the water outlet of the cooling water pipe are connected with the water pump, and a thermostat valve is arranged on the cooling water pipe at the water outlet end and connected with the heat dissipation water tank. The cooling device is arranged in the stern shaft tube, the rear bearing can be cooled, and switching use of the inner normal-temperature circulating water path and the outer cooling circulating water path is controlled through monitoring of the temperature sensor. An abrasion monitoring device is arranged on the sternpost, and the tiny position change of the stern shaft relative to the sternpost is detected.

    本发明涉及船舶技术领域,公开了一种艉轴管装置,包括艉柱、后轴承和前轴承,后轴承上设置冷却装置,冷却装置包括水泵、冷却水管、轴承冷却控制系统,所述后轴承包括后轴承外圈、后轴承内圈,后轴承外圈上开设凹槽设置有冷却水管,冷却水管环形缠绕套设于后轴承外圈外表面,冷却水管进出水口连接轴承冷却控制系统,轴承冷却控制系统内设置水泵、散热水箱,冷却水管进水口与出水口均连接水泵,出水口端的冷却水管上设节温阀,水泵与节温阀均连接散热水箱,本发明在艉轴管中设置冷却装置,可以给后轴承降温,并通过温度传感器的监测来控制内常温循环水路与外冷却循环水路的切换使用。在艉柱设置磨损监测装置,检测出艉轴相对艉柱的微小位置变化。
