In order to solve the problems that a damping mechanism of a heavy truck sleeping berth system is poor in effect and comfort, the invention provides a heavy truck sleeping berth damping structure design method which is based on the sleeping berth system, and the sleeping berth system comprises an upper sleeping berth assembly, a lower sleeping berth, a turnover mechanism and a supporting mechanism. Short spiral springs are arranged at the two ends of the interior of the upper sleeping berth assembly, a long spiral spring is arranged in the middle of the interior of the upper sleeping berth assembly, a damping mechanism in the upper sleeping berth assembly is divided into a supine function working condition and a backrest function working condition according to different working conditions, and the design conditions of the short spiral springs and the long spiral springs are limited under the different function working conditions. Therefore, the damping effect and the riding comfort of the damping structure are improved.
