The invention discloses a temperature control method and system for a motor controller of a high-voltage electric steering pump, and relates to the technical field of new energy automobile steering, and the method comprises the steps: setting a first temperature threshold value of the motor controller, and obtaining a second temperature threshold value of the motor controller according to the first temperature threshold value; when the temperature of the motor controller is larger than a first temperature threshold value and smaller than or equal to a second temperature threshold value, and the current rotating speed of the high-voltage electric steering pump is larger than the starting rotating speed of the low-voltage emergency steering pump, an output current limiting value corresponding to the current temperature is obtained; and taking the smaller one of the output current limit value corresponding to the current temperature and the output current limit value at the previous moment as the output current limit value at the current moment. According to the temperature control method and system for the motor controller of the high-voltage electric steering pump, when the temperature of the motor controller of the high-voltage electric steering pump is too high, smooth switching between high-pressure steering and low-pressure steering can be achieved, and the phenomenon that a steering wheel is heavy or springback hits hands due to sudden change of steering assistance during sharp turning is avoided.

    本申请公开了一种高压电动转向泵电机控制器温度控制方法及系统,涉及新能源汽车转向技术领域,该方法包括:设置电机控制器的第一温度阈值,并根据上述第一温度阈值获取电机控制器的第二温度阈值;当电机控制器的温度大于第一温度阈值且小于等于第二温度阈值,且高压电动转向泵的当前转速大于低压应急转向泵启动转速时,获取当前温度对应的输出电流限值;取当前温度对应的输出电流限值和前一时刻输出电流限值中的较小值,作为当前时刻输出电流限值。本申请的高压电动转向泵电机控制器温度控制方法及系统,当高压电动转向泵电机控制器温度过高时,可实现高低压转向切换平顺,不会出现急转弯时转向助力突变导致的方向盘沉重或回弹打手现象。
