The invention provides an automatic identification and positioning method and equipment for a turnout rail member, and the method comprises a reference rail member starting point positioning step, a non-reference rail member pre-positioning step, and a non-reference rail member starting point positioning step, and comprises the following steps: automatically identifying a starting point of a reference rail member as a detection starting point based on mileage information and a matching template; according to the method, the position range of the starting points of the non-reference rail pieces can be obtained through reasoning based on the starting point of the reference rail piece and the distance between the preset starting point of the reference rail piece and the starting points of other non-reference rail pieces, then corresponding rail profile data are extracted based on the position range, and the accurate starting point position of each non-reference rail piece is further detected. According to the method, the type of each rail piece of the turnout and the specific position of the starting point can be automatically determined, namely, automatic identification classification and starting point positioning of multiple rail pieces of the turnout are realized, and on the basis, a corresponding detection algorithm can be further automatically called for each rail piece, so that highly-automatic detection of the rail pieces of the turnout is realized, the operand is small, and the detection efficiency is high. And field detection is facilitated.

    本发明提供一种道岔轨件自动识别定位方法及设备,该方法包括基准轨件起点定位步骤、非基准轨件预定位步骤、非基准轨件起点定位步骤,在基于里程信息和匹配模板自动识别出作为检测起点的基准轨件的起点后,可基于基准轨件的起点和预设的基准轨件起点和其他非基准轨件起点间的距离推理得到非基准轨件起点的位置范围,再基于该位置范围提取相应的轨道廓形数据,进一步检测各个非基准轨件的准确起点位置,这样一来,可以自动地确定道岔各个轨件的类型及其起点的具体位置,即实现道岔多轨件的自动识别分类和起点定位,在此基准上,就可以对各轨件进一步自动调用相应的检测算法,从而实现道岔轨件的高度自动化检测,并且运算量小,有利于现场检测。
