The monitoring method is characterized in that hardware related to the monitoring method comprises the storage battery, a vehicle body domain controller, an IBS, an environment temperature monitoring module, a vehicle-mounted electric quantity warning module and a short message alarm module; the monitoring and early warning method comprises the steps that for a vehicle provided with an IBS, a vehicle body domain controller obtains the electric quantity SOC of a storage battery from the IBS, the SOC is compared with set T1 and T2 to generate corresponding alarm information, and a driver is reminded through local and remote alarms; for a vehicle without an IBS, a vehicle body domain controller obtains the voltage U of a storage battery and the environment temperature, S1 and S2 are obtained through table look-up, U is compared with S1 and S2, corresponding alarm information is generated, and a driver is reminded through local and remote alarms. By adopting the method for monitoring and early warning the electric quantity of the storage battery, the problem that the engine cannot be started due to power shortage can be reduced or avoided, and the vehicle transportation efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种重卡蓄电池电量的监测预警方法,其特征在于:所述监控方法涉及的硬件包括:蓄电池、车身域控制器、IBS、环境温度监测模块、车载电量警示模块和短消息报警模块;所述监测预警方法包括:对配置了IBS的车辆,则车身域控制器从IBS获取蓄电池电量SOC,将SOC与设定的T1和T2比较生成相应的报警信息通过本地和远程报警提醒驾驶员;对未配置IBS的车辆,车身域控制器获取蓄电池电压U和环境温度,通过查表得到S1和S2,将U与S1和S2比较生成相应的报警信息通过本地和远程报警提醒驾驶员。采用本发明的方法对蓄电池电量监测预警,能减少或避免因缺电无法启动发动机的问题,提高车辆运输效率。
